Learning expeditions
Learning expeditions are based on the idea that you can get inspired and learn by seeing experiences of others. The ultimate goal of the learning experiences is to apply useful lessons into your own organisation. In addition, it can serve as a reflection on your work and it enlarges your network.

Coaching
A possibility is coaching of your producer organisations by representatives of other producer organisations with a similar experience that you are going through.
